Margaret Chiu Greanias was born in New York, but grew up mostly in the San Francisco Bay Area where she currently lives with her husband and three children. She was a mediocore English student, but she discovered a love of creative writing during her last quarter of college. She now writes picture books with aspirations to expand her repertoire in the coming years. She is the author of picture book Maximillian Villainous and the upcoming Amah Faraway, which is written in a modified reverse poem format (Bloomsbury Kids, 2022).
