Graci Kim is a Korean-Kiwi diplomat turned author who writes magic-infused books for magic-infused readers. Her mythology-inspired debut MG novel, The Last Fallen Star, about Korean-American witches, forbidden spells, and the search for belonging will be released on May 4, 2021 by Rick Riordan Presents, Disney Hyperion. In a previous life, Graci was a diplomat for the NZ foreign service, a cooking show host, and once ran a business that turned children’s drawings into plushies. If not lost in her imagination, you’ll find Graci drinking flat whites, eating ramyeon, and most likely hugging a dog (or ideally, many).
